1. Place your cursor where you want the box to be positioned.2. Click on the embed widget button and go to 'Other HTML'
3. Copy the pink code into the box:

4. Change the colour of your box and border by replacing it in the code. The heading can be removed if you wish or the size can be altered ( aheading sizes are in the drop down menu on the Toolbar. (1 is the biggest and 6 is the smallest).5. This is the same content box with the colours changed
